I just wanted to say that the crew that came out yesterday to fix the system was really terrific. I can't remember the lead tech's name but he was very sharp, super patient in explaining how everything worked (down the solenoid in the valve), and detail oriented with respect to getting the system controller programmed correctly for our application. I have to admit, I was a little frustrated after the Monday installation, which wasn't the smoothest, but I am left with nothing but positive feelings towards HT after yesterday.
